We aren't from this area and found this place on a whim, went in and were way underdressed, but decided to go for it anyways lol. Well we didn't really see anything we liked so the owner told us he would make us whatever we liked. They were soooo accommodating, sooo sweet, and soooo delicious! My wife Natasha and I have been at the vault several times this year alone. The drinks are always first class. Great tasting and wonderful looking presentation. The food is very well prepared and tastes amazing. Tonight’s special drink was a Margarita with salt and spices. Wonderful drink! Always a good time here. It was right across the bridge from the park the PA250 concert we were going to was at. The interior is so nice. It's an old bank, we sat right across from the old vault. The service was friendly, but not overly attentive. Everyone who worked at the restaurant was foreign, so it could possibly be a cultural thing. The menu is limited but has a lot of tried and true bar food favorites. Being that it's mostly bar food, it was a little pricey. The complimentary chips and dip was appreciated, especially since we were looking for lighter food before the concert. We ended up spending about $70 for mango chilli wings, shrimp tacos, and about 3 beers each. Everything was tasty and well presented. Overall a nice place for drinks and a quick bite. What impressed me most is that every dish feels unique, each with its own distinct flavor. Even though I’ve traveled a lot and tried countless foods, especially as someone passionate about steak and seafood....this restaurant truly left me speechless. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 After my first visit, I could hardly wait for the next day just to come back and try something new. I never thought a restaurant could make me that curious about what surprise the next dish would bring. I tried several types of meat, all incredibly delicious, but the tomahawk steak was absolutely outstanding. The salmon was equally impressive. The drinks and cocktails are another level entirely. I even asked the bartender what kind of magic he used... they were that good. Honestly, the next time I’m in the USA, this place will be a must visit again. It truly lives up to its name.... valuable like a diamond. Even if you’re hours away, I highly recommend making the trip.
